HMT Publishes Terms of Reference for Dematerialisation Market Action Taskforce

HM Treasury has published its Terms of Reference for the UK Dematerialisation Market Action Taskforce (DMAT), which will act as a technical group supporting the delivery of the UK’s paperless, fully digitised system of shareholding.
