South Korean Ministry of Science and ICT Issues Package of Regulations to Supplement AI Framework Act

On September 8, 2025, the South Korean Ministry of Science and ICT (“MSIT”) released for public comment a consolidated draft package of sub-laws which supplement, implement, and explain Korea’s Basic Act on the Development of Artificial Intelligence and the Creation of a Trust Base (the “AI Framework Act”).
